Ingredients
¼ cup popcorn kernels
¼ tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Line air fryer basket with foil in a bowl shape
Add popcorn kernels to the foil-lined basket
Drizzle oil evenly over kernels
Insert basket into air fryer and set timer for 15 minutes
Shake basket every 5 minutes during cooking
Melt butter in saucepan or microwave
Once popping slows, remove basket and transfer popcorn to a bowl
Pour melted butter over popcorn
Sprinkle salt to taste and toss to coat
