Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), wild-caught preferred
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
Brush skin side with olive oil
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Let fillets sit 10 minutes at room temperature
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Place fillets skin-side down in air fryer basket
Cook 7 minutes
Flip fillets using tongs and cook 3-5 minutes more
