10–12 slices thin-cut bacon

Instructions
- Prep the Jalapeños
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes (leave some for more heat if desired).
- Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Stuff the Peppers
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap with Bacon
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon. Use toothpicks to secure if needed.
- Smoke the Poppers
- Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C). Arrange poppers on the grate and smoke for 60–90 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and jalapeños are tender.
- Serve
- Let cool slightly. Serve with ranch, BBQ sauce, or your favorite dip.
