Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Optional: Chocolate chips, sprinkles
Instructions
1. Melt butter over low heat, add marshmallows, stir until smooth.
2. Fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
3. Press half the mixture into greased 9×13 pan.
4. Spread softened ice cream over the layer.
5. Top with remaining Rice Krispies mixture, flatten evenly.
6. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours.
7. Slice into squares and enjoy.
Notes
Wrap sandwiches individually for best storage.
Let sit for 2-3 minutes before serving for ideal texture.
