Ingredients
Scale
8–10 oz warm filtered water
¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Instructions
1. Warm water to a comfortable drinking temperature.
2. Stir in pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add fresh lemon juice and stir again.
4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
5. Wait 15–20 minutes before eating breakfast.
Notes
Start with once daily, ideally in the morning.
Reduce to every other day if you’re sensitive to salt.
