This Mexican fruit salad is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors. Fresh tropical fruits, lime, Tajín, and chili powder make this bold, refreshing snack ideal for summer days or gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon, diced
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup mango, diced
1 cup jicama, peeled and sliced into sticks
1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 large limes, juiced
2–3 tbsp Tajín seasoning (adjust to taste)
1–2 tsp chili powder (mild or spicy)
2 tbsp Chamoy sauce (optional)
Salt to taste
Optional: Papaya, strawberries, blueberries, dragon fruit, starfruit
Instructions
1. Wash and peel all fruits as needed.
2. Dice fruits into even, bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit.
4. Sprinkle Tajín and chili powder evenly.
5. Toss gently to coat all the fruit with the seasonings.
6. Drizzle Chamoy sauce if desired for extra zing.
7. Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
