Homemade cookie Nutter Butter made with creamy peanut butter, almond flour, and maple syrup—no preservatives, just real flavor.
Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
Pinch of salt (if using unsalted PB)
Flaky sea salt for topping
Extra peanut butter for filling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Mix almond flour, maple syrup, and peanut butter until dough forms.
3. Roll dough into balls and form peanut shapes.
4. Press fork for pattern and sprinkle flaky salt.
5. Bake for 12 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
6. Spread peanut butter on one cookie and sandwich with another.
Notes
If dough is dry, add 1 tsp warm water.
Cookies spread less with thicker PB.
Store in an airtight container or freeze unfilled.
Substitute with almond or sunflower butter for variation.
