Ingredients

• 3 cups curly kale (chopped) • 1 cup shredded green cabbage • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (toasted) • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp maple syrup • 2 tbsp olive oil • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
